Top FAQ

These are the stages of your cashback status. and it is as the following : 

"Pending"

We are waiting for the store to confirm your purchases. and it will normally be completed when the return policy is over.

"Verified"

Your purchases are confirmed by the store, and we are waiting to receive your cashback from the store.

"Payable"

Your purchases are confirmed by the store, and your cashback is available to be withdrawn/redeemed. 

A Deal is an offer provided by a store.

The offer allows the user to receive cashback (% or flat amount) against the purchases from that store.

Store's Terms & conditions applied

Yes, you can sign up for Standard Membership for free, and access all stores. 

If you like to have a VIP membership and enjoy higher cashback, then you can select paid Membership monthly OR Yearly.

esterdad is an online platform (website / App) managed by "JM Interface Ltd". It provides cashback deals and discount coupons to users from International & local stores.

Customer Support can be contacted by clicking on "Tickets" in the menu options available in your profile, or by sending an email to [email protected]

You are kindly requested to contact us from the same email address on your profile,  as we will not be able to discuss account details with anyone other than the account owner.

Admin & membership

Yes, you can sign up for Standard Membership for free, and access all stores. 

If you like to have a VIP membership and enjoy higher cashback, then you can select paid Membership monthly OR Yearly.

Go to your profile > Payout Preference section

Select from the available pay-out methods such as:

PayPal /  Benefit Pay / STC Pay / Bank transfer.

Note: please check if the payout option is suitable for your country. 

You can unsubscribe from our emails by switching off "Email Preference Settings" on your profile. 

If your account is "Blocked" and you are not able to log in, then you must have received an email regarding the same.

To unblock your account, please send an email to support team at [email protected] using the same email registered on the profile.

Our support team may request verification documents to ensure account security.

You are kindly requested to contact us from the same email address on your profile,  as we will not be able to discuss account details with anyone other than the account owner.

If you know your password and are not able to access your account, please visit the "My Account/Profile" page to change your password. 

If you are not able to access your account, please click the "Forget password?" link on the sign-in page, and a reset link will be sent to your email address. 

Please note that if the email entered on the reset page is not the same as on your profile, then no reset email will be sent.

A Coupon is an offer provided by a store.

This offer allows the user to receive a discount (% or Flat amount) against his/her purchases from the store.

The offer allows the user to receive cashback (% or flat amount) against the purchases from that store.

Store's Terms & conditions applied

You can look for any store, deal, or coupon using the search bar available on the home page.

Under each store, you will find all deals and coupons related to that store.

You can mark any store, deal, or coupon as your favorite by tapping on the heart icon available on top of each box.

You can find your favorite Stores, Deals, and Coupons on the "Menu" page under "My favorite" tap.

Cashback

-  Click on "Shop now" available on the deal to go to the store website, and complete your purchase.

-  Submit a Support Ticket > Missing Cashback to report your purchases. and attach a copy of the receipt. 

General

esterdad is an online platform (website / App) managed by "JM Interface Ltd". It provides cashback deals and discount coupons to users from International & local stores.

Each store will provide different offers for each country, therefore esterdad can only offer Cashback / Discount for purchases made from stores listed in your home country (where you are currently located).

Purchases made outside your home country may not qualify for Cashback or Discount as per the store terms and the countries eligible for such offer.

esteradad partners with many stores and retailers to give you the latest offers and money-saving opportunities. 

These stores pay esterdad a commission for bringing new sales to their Stores, and we share this commission with you in the form of Cashback.  This way It's a win-win for all parties.

To earn Cashback, you need to do the following: 

- log in to your esterdad account.

- Find a Store that offers a cashback deal (% OR flat amount).

- Click on the 'Shop Now' button and you will be taken to the store's website. 

- Complete your purchase on the store as usual

- Report your purchases by using a support ticket. , and a cashback record will be added to your esterdad account.

 Shopping Trips include the Stores that you visit from esterdad Website or Mobile App.

If you visited a store and used a cashback deal for your purchase, the store will notify esterdad about your order within 7-10 days, and  it will be updated as Order reported. 


Purchases will be recorded in your account my cashback and bonuses within 7-14 days of purchase completion.

If the purchase does not appear within 14 days of purchase, please raise a support ticket for "Missing Cashback" by clicking on "Tickets" available under Menu.

Please note that we can only accept missing purchase requests for purchases made within the past 14-60 days.

For travel purchases, please do not submit the request until the travel is completed.

Missing Cashback request can be declined if they are not in compliance with our policies, or if the store declines the purchase as ineligible for Cashback.

In general, the reasons for decline includes (but are not limited to) the below:

1) The Cashback was credited to another party. This means that esterdad was not used as the "last click", so another site or marketing channel received a commission for this purchase. 

2) The purchase date could not be tracked from the store. OR did not match the Order ID mentioned in the request.

3) The unique order ID could not be identified by the store.

4) The Store has advised that the purchase is not eligible for Cashback. Please refer to Store Terms & Conditions.

5) A coupon or other discount (not approved by esterdad) was used during this purchase. The use of any unauthorized coupons/discounts may result in declined Cashback.

6) The Store offer is not available for your country. Please note that esterdad can only offer Cashback deals for the countries specified by the store and applicable to your account country.

7) Missing Cashback requests for travel purchases cannot be processed until actual travel is completed. Please note that requests declined for this reason may not be reopened.

8) All missing cashback requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase (or 30 days of travel completion, if applicable). Purchases submitted outside this timeframe cannot be considered or reviewed.

9) The Store has not confirmed the sale OR confirmed that it is eligible for Cashback according to the store.

10) The purchase has been canceled, returned, or otherwise modified. Only purchases completed without modification qualify for Cashback.

Missing cashback requests will be dealt with within 7 working days, however, receiving the actual cashback in your esterdad account may take 30-90- days from the submission date.

Sometimes it may take longer as we work with our merchant partners who may be located in other countries.

We can only accept missing cashback requests for purchases made between 14-60 days, or when travel is completed. 

All required details must be provided for us to check your request accordingly, including ..

- Store Name 

- Purchase date 

- Purchase Amount

- Purchase Reference number

- Purchase proof Document 


Referral Program

The Referral program (Refer a Friend) is a program to reward our customers ($5 per referral) for encouraging their family and friends to save money with esterdad.

-   Share the Referral Link available in (My Account / Menu) > Refer a Friend) with your friends, and family 

-   You will earn $5 for each member who signs up and becomes **qualified. 

**Qualified user: A user who signed up on esterdad and earned at least $30 as payable cashback.

You can refer a friend by going to My Account/Menu, and then selecting Refer a Friend.

You can refer a friend using any of the below methods:

- Share Direct link - you can copy the referral link and share it via Whatsapp or SMS.

- Share link via Email - Click on the email icon and enter the email address in the corresponding fields and click "Send".

- Social Media Post  -  click the Facebook icons and follow the prompts to post on your social media.
