esterdad.com website and app are owned and operated by JM Interface Ltd. A registered company in the British Virgin Islands (BVI). The following terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for using the esterdad.com services; it also describes the guidelines that govern both the usage of our services as well as the users.
When we refer to "You" within the document, we mean users, participants, VIP members, or visitors. when we refer to "We", "us", "our" within the document we mean esterdad.com powered by JM Interface Ltd. We are committed to providing quality and transparent services through our website and app. Please ensure you take time to read the following terms and conditions carefully, for it represents our contract with you and how you use our services.
By using esterdad.com website or app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, Policies, and acceptable use of our website & app services.
2. Access & Registration
To have full access to use esterdad.com website & app services, you must acknowledge that you have attained the legal age where you reside (18 years of age), and you can enter a binding contract with esterdad.com.
You will be required to provide an email & password or additional contact information. Some of this information may be confidential and may include personal identification information ("PII"). Our collection, use, and disclosure of this information are governed by these terms and conditions and any other policy provided by esterdad.com.
All users are required to confirm their email addresses used once they register on esterdad.com website or app to have full access to our services. esterdad.com will have no responsibility in case a user allows a third party to access his or her account and will consider all activities performed by the user registered with us, and he or she will be bonded by esterdad.com terms & conditions.
3. Service Description
esterdad.com website and app are an online platform that provides offers for specific merchants and stores ("affiliates") such as online coupons, promotional codes, Cashback Deals, or discount coupons for the usage of our valued users. esterdad.com does not sell, nor endorse any Cashback deals, Coupons, and promotional offers. All offers are provided by the stores or merchants who are listed on esterdad.com.
esterdad.com services involve publishing promotional links for third-party stores & merchants as well as printable coupons redeemable at physical stores. We aim to help users to save money on all their purchases via Cashback deals, discount coupons, and offers. Stores or merchants reserve the right at any time to alter or cancel any deals, coupons, or promotions available on esterdad.com website and app.
We strive to provide the best available and exclusive cashback deals & discount coupons. We may earn some commission when a user purchases or engage with these offers to sustain our services. A description of esterdad.com services are further described below;
• Cashback deals - A selection of Cashback deals offered by stores & merchants, allowing users to get Cashback based on the % of a purchase amount or a flat amount.
• Online Coupons - A selection of online coupons (Tracking Link + Code) offered by stores & merchants, allowing users to avail discount (% or Flat amount) on their purchases.
• Promo Code – A selection of Promo codes (unique code) offered by stores and merchants, allowing users to avail discount (% or Flat amount) on their purchases.
• Printable Coupons – A selection of Printable / Digital Coupons that can be downloaded on PC or phone offered by stores & merchants, allowing users to avail discount (% or Flat amount) when they are shopping in-person at the store (e.g., Restaurant or retail store).
• Stores Details & locations – Listing Store and merchant details, terms, and locations for users. The user agrees to comply with physical & map applications’ terms of use.
• Referral Program - esterdad.com provides an opportunity for users to earn an additional bonus through the referral program (Refer a friend). Each user will have a unique private link that can be shared with friends to join and register on esterdad.com. The user will get $5 as a referral bonus for each new sign-up who joins (the referral bonus will only be payable once the new user is qualified).
• Advertisement - esterdad.com also provides advertisement services for local stores in each country. These advertisements can be in the form of (i) Banner Ads (ii) Mobile Startup ads or sponsored ads. Please see the Advertisement section for more information.
• Standard (Free) Membership Plan - All Standard Users will receive a $10 signup gift which is Payable once the user becomes qualified (a user who generates a minimum of $30 payable cashback in a 12-months period) and enjoys access to all exclusive deals and coupons with Standard Cashback.
• VIP (Paid) Membership Plan - Users who purchase or join a VIP subscription plan, must agree to and accept esterdad.com Terms and Conditions. esterdad.com reserves the right to cancel the VIP plan and its Rewards at any time and withdraw any benefits associated with the account at its sole discretion. The VIP subscription can be availed via a monthly or yearly plan. All VIP Monthly Users shall receive a $10 signup gift, which is payable once the user becomes qualified (a user who generates a minimum of $30 payable cashback in 12 months period), Users will have access to all exclusive deals and coupons with VIP (Higher) Cashback. VIP Yearly Users shall receive a $10 signup gift, which is payable once the user becomes qualified (a user who generates a minimum of $30 payable cashback in 12 months period). Users will have access to all exclusive deals and coupons with VIP (Higher) Cashback and a yearly incentive on the total cashback earned (Yearly incentive % criteria will be announced by Team esterdad.
esterdad.com reserves the right to cancel any programs, coupons, deals, offers, membership plans, and Rewards at any time and withdraw all benefits associated herein at its sole discretion.
4. VIP membership Refund Policy
esterdad VIP Memberships provide a 7-days refund guarantee policy on VIP membership. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase. After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
In case a VIP Member is refunded, then the VIP Cashback earned will be subject to cancelation and standard Cashback will be applied on purchases during the previous 30 days.
The refund process may take 10 to 20 days to process. All vouchers/discounts must be accounted for, in order for a refund to be processed. All refund requests must be submitted by raising a support ticket from the user’s dashboard OR a request to be submitted by the account owner from the email address registered with us. The refund amount will be returned to the original method of payment.
5. Privacy Policy
Whenever a user registers on esterdad.com website or App, we may collect and store some personal identification information (“PII”) about him or her. This information may include but is not limited to Full Name, Address, Contact number, email, country of residence, bank account details, and others. We may use this information for different purposes such as email verification, Purchase validation, enhance user experience and pay-out processing, or others. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details on how we deal with personal identification information.
6. Account Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to keep his or her account safe from misusage or fraud, below are some of these responsibilities.
• Keep Your Password Secure. If you sign up on esterdad.com, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access the account, even if you authorize a third party to access your account. You, and not esterdad.com, are responsible for any activity occurring on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you should notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
• Keep Your Details Accurate. From time to time esterdad.com may send notices and notifications to the email address registered under your user account. All users must keep their account details, contact information, and payment details associated with their account up to date and accurate.
• You can cancel your account at any time. Upon termination or cancellation, all accesses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease, notwithstanding the preceding.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service, of any user’s account or access to the services for any reason, without notice at any time and liability to you.
7. Payments and Pay-out
When a user completes the account registration process on esterdad.com website and app, he or she will be provided with an account dashboard. This account dashboard will offer you access to store deals, Cashback offers, and discount coupons.
The user will also be able to view and redeem all cashback earned from previous purchases. All cashback earned from shopping will be credited to the user account on esterdad.com in US Dollars currency. (We use a third-party platform "Fixer.io" to convert different currencies to USD)
Pay-Out Request – Users can redeem cashback earned by raising a pay-out request from their accounts dashboard by selecting one of the available payment methods provided by esterdad.com. All pay-out requests will be paid in your chosen country's currency except for payments via PayPal, which will be paid in US dollars. Pay-out requests can be processed via the following payment methods; PayPal, Benefit Pay (Applicable for Bahrain), STC Pay (Applicable for Bahrain & Saudi Arabia), and International Bank Transfer. Transfer charges will apply to each payment method and will be deducted from the amount transferred.

8. Third-party Advertising Offers
We may provide sponsored links for deals and coupons for third-party advertisers, these deals & coupons may be subject to each third-party privacy policy, ensure to read them carefully before you click the proceed button. If you click on a sponsored/advertiser offer or an affiliate link, you may be redirected to a third-party website that may provide promotional offers or deals that may be of interest to you.
We do not endorse or guarantee these offers, nor do we ensure the availability of these offers or other rewards provided by these advertisers or third parties we also do not guarantee that these are the best deals or lowest offers available. However, we may receive a commission in exchange for sales or clicks from these affiliate partners ("Affiliate Links"). esterdad disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, in regard to these sponsored links and deals.
9. Coupons
Online coupons, Promo codes and Digital Printable coupons, etc. available on esterdad.com website or app are offered by third-party stores and merchants. Coupons allow users to avail of a discount on their purchases from stores, however, they do not offer cashback to users. We do not endorse nor recommend any deals, coupons, or offers made available via esterdad.com website or app, users are required to do their research before proceeding with any deals or coupons. As a user of the esterdad.com website and app. you understand that you must read any store terms as well as deals & coupon descriptions carefully or seek professional advice (if required) before using or claiming any offer. Users can raise a ticket to the support team in case a link, deal, or coupon does not work or reach out to our support team via [email protected] and we shall do our best effort to assist.
10. Cashback
esterdad.com offers all users the opportunity to earn cashback on some of their purchases from stores or merchants affiliated with esterdad.com. On a simple note, we will receive commissions from stores and merchants on users' purchases made via referral links of deals or offers available on esterdad.com and we will render a portion of this commission to users as Cashback. Being a user on esterdad.com grants you the opportunity to earn Cashback. Cashback % or amount offered is subject to change from time to time, and it is determined by term esterdad. Furthermore, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement on cashback deals.
Users must register an account on esterdad.com and use the affiliate links provided on the platform to earn Cashback. Should a user visit other websites before completing a store purchase or used a link that is not provided by esterdad.com, then such a user will not be considered for a cashback.
- Members can earn cashback by using cashback deals under the listed stores.
- Members should read the store conditions before using the deal to ensure the deal applied to the product/s or service they intend to buy.
- Members will click on (shop now) available in the deal, to go to the store page in which they will complete their purchase and payment as usual.
- Once the purchase process is finished, Members must raise a support ticket from their account to report their purchases and upload a copy of store receipt.
- A cashback record will appear in the member's esterdad account with the updated status (Pending - Verified - Payable) of which only "Payable" transactions can be redeemed.
11. Stores Conditions
All deals, Coupons, and offers or store ads listed on esterdad.com are governed by and subject to the applicable affiliate store conditions. All users agree that esterdad.com is not an agent of any affiliate store and that affiliate stores operate independently and are not under esterdad.com control. Accordingly, user participation in offers, Coupons, promotions, or correspondence with any affiliate store deals is solely between the user and that affiliate store. esterdad.com will not assume any liability, obligation, or responsibility for any part of such offer or promotion, including, without limitation, the withdrawal or modification of any such offer or promotion.
12. Bonuses, Rewards
esterdad.com offers bonuses or rewards for referring new users according to the referral program. All bonuses and rewards are subject to review. We reserve the right to withhold, deny or cancel any bonuses and rewards or terminate a user’s account if we discover any suspicious activity or otherwise inconsistent with our Referral Program, this agreement or any other applicable law or regulation. Should we discover or identify any suspicious activity or violation of any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to block the user’s access or withdraw the reward associated with the user’s account. The user’s access will be suspended, and all bonuses and rewards will be withheld or withdrawn. This decision cannot be upturned, and it is final.
13. Referral Program
We provide a great Referral Program for all esterdad.com users, which includes a bonus offer of $5 commission, payable once a new user becomes qualified.
• “Qualified user” is a user who earned a total of $30 payable cashback from store purchases during the period of 12 months.
• “Pending” An amount that is credited to the user account on esterdad.com but cannot be redeemed.
• “Payable” An amount that is credited to the user account on esterdad.com and can be redeemed.
To participate in this program, a user must refer friends who are not currently registered on the esterdad.com website & app by sending them a personal referral link "Unique link" available on the user's account to be eligible for the esterdad referral bonus.
If a new user successfully signs up on esterdad.com using the referral link, the existing user will be qualified to receive a $5 bonus with the status "Pending". The bonus will become “payable” once the new user becomes qualified.
The new esterdad referred user will also receive a $10 sign-up Gift with a "Pending” status. The sign-up gift will become “Payable” once a new user becomes qualified.
esterdad.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, temporarily or permanently, at its discretion. esterdad.com will not be liable to any user in the event of any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any portion of the Referral Program.
14. Intellectual Property
esterdad.com website and app contain valuable trademarks and service marks owned and used by esterdad.com powered by JM Interface, including but not limited to name, pictures, logo, text, videos, design, and tagline (collectively, "esterdad.com materials"). Any use of esterdad.com materials or marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. The materials and layout of the website & app, and other content or Marks (collectively, the "Site Content"), are the sole and exclusive property of esterdad.com powered by JM Interface Ltd.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modifying, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting, doing derivative works, or duplicating all or any part of the sites is prohibited.
15. Acceptable User Conditions
Your access to esterdad.com website or app is subject to the following ("Acceptable Use Conditions"); as a user of the esterdad website or app, you agree that failure to comply with any one of these Conditions will constitute a breach of the esterdad Terms.
• You agree to provide your full name, email address, residing address, and other relevant information, which helps us provide you with our services and personalized user experience.
• You acknowledge you are 18 years or over, and agree to provide legal proof when requested to back up your age claim.
• You agree to register and operate only one account on the esterdad website or app using a valid email address and real name. In case, we suspect that a user is attempting to cheat by using multiple accounts and/or fake names or by using bots or automated programs to enter esterdad.com. We will disqualify all entries associated with your account without further notice or refund, and we will blacklist your IP and Device identifier from using our website and app in the future.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]
• You will be responsible for the correction & accuracy of the information provided on the account, as we may use these details to contact you in any case required.
16. Changes to the Service
We are constantly upgrading and enhancing our website or app services. In the future, we may decide to add or remove functionalities, and features, and suspend or stop a Service altogether for reasons best known to us. You agree to be bound by the new changes and features available on esterdad.com website and app.
17. Your Liability to Us
You agree to indemnify and keep esterdad.com from and against all actions, claims, demands, costs, expenses, liabilities, loss, damages, or other monetary relief brought, made, or awarded against or incurred by you as a resulting (directly or indirectly) of using the esterdad.com website and app.
18. Severability
In case any provision of these terms was held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining terms and policies shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

The Service (and any associated third-party content, third-party websites, third-party applications, user content, esterdad.com technology or software, and any other content ("collectively the "esterdad.com offerings") are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Without limiting the generality of the preceding, esterdad.com, store owners, affiliates, and service providers, ("esterdad.com parties") expressly disclaim all warranties or representations of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, regarding esterdad.com offerings, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, accuracy, performance, availability, merchantability, quiet enjoyment, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
20. Community Standards
By participating in any of esterdad.com services, you agree to be part of esterdad members’ community. Each member agrees not to send vulgar images or text depicting ethnic obscenities, slurs, sexually explicit materials, inflammatory or derogatory comments, or anything else that may be construed as harassing or offensive, which is targeted at esterdad.com or its controlling company, affiliate, or other members. These include social media communication or comments that violate the esterdad community standards or promote or encourage gaming or fraudulent behaviors. All users who violate these terms may be subject to account termination or suspension without prior notice
21. Exclusion of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of esterdad.com website or app. This exclusion covers all servicing, costs, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with esterdad website or app.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Consent to receive communications from esterdad.com in an electronic format such as email, app notification, or other digital forms to provide special deals and promotions.
• Agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that esterdad.com provides to you electronically via email or others satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing.
This subparagraph does not affect your statutory rights.
23. Children’s Privacy Policy
esterdad.com respects children's privacy, and we are committed to complying with the European Union children's Privacy regulation and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which defines a child as everyone under 18. esterdad.com website & app does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 18 without prior parental consent. Neither do we provide esterdad.com services to children under 18 years of age. However, we may provide our Service to children under 18 years of age but under the supervision of their parents or guardian.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of users’ personal information and that of our participants. By using esterdad.com Services, you acknowledge and agree that esterdad.com collection, usage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the European Union GDPR Directives.
We collect and use the users' information to the extent required to create, design, or modify the contractual conditions for competition services on esterdad.com website & app.

This Agreement is the entire Agreement between the user and esterdad.com and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral).

• All the copyright and other intellectual property rights on the esterdad.com website and app are reserved.
29. Indemnity
We reserve the full right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify esterdad.com (“or its controlling company JM Interface Ltd”), and you agree to cooperate with our defense of any these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of esterdad.com. esterdad.com will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
30. Privacy and Security
esterdad.com takes reasonable steps to protect the information provided via the website and app from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our Privacy Policy governs our use of personally identifiable information, and by accessing and using esterdad.com website and app, you agree to be bound by that policy.

31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement, website, app, and services shall be governed and construed in all respects with all laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree to submit to the kingdom of Bahrain Court's jurisdiction.
32. Miscellaneous
esterdad.com may modify the terms herein contained at any time. Such modifications shall be communicated by email and you shall adhere to all amendments or updates.
• All disputes relating to these terms and any services made by esterdad.com to you shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain without reference to its conflict of laws principles and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
• esterdad.com is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and nothing contained in these Terms is in derogation of esterdad.com right and obligation to comply with the law or governmental, court, and requests of enforcement agencies.
• Suppose any part of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the provision's intent and is nevertheless valid and enforceable. The remainder of these terms shall continue in effect.
You may not assign any rights or obligations against esterdad.com without our prior written consent. esterdad.com reserves the right to transfer any right or obligation against you upon notice to you. Upon such assignment, the assignee shall be bound by the Terms in the same manner as esterdad.com shall cease to have any liability to you.
